For me personally, I feel like I'd rather take a shot getting someone who can be elite along with the risk at getting someone terrible, than to stay so-so for years to come. With Bronco, we can be fairly confident that we won't go undefeated, but we're just close enough to keep you wondering "what if" every season. It's torturous and honestly I'd rather be downright terrible for a couple years than be decent but with a boring style of football. Mediocre just does not jive with my personality.
