It would take them two or three years to settle in and figure things out before we could even tell if they would be an improvement or not. IMO head coaching changes should be a last resort at schools like BYU where the pool of candidates is limited. Bronco should feel some pressure to keep his job, but I'll give him a bit of a pass for this disappointing season because of the injuries.

I just wish he could get a better staff around him. Bronco has a lot more strengths than weaknesses as a head coach. I wish he could surround himself with people who could help to hide those weaknesses better.
