The landlord deserves to be paid and the whole situation is a big waste of time. It's not fair that you can get a piece of paper and force the landlord or property owner to comply with your needs.

But i'm not fine with the attitude of sending them to collections to screw with their credit. Send them to collections to get the money you are owed, that is fair and is your right. My problem is with the attitude. Sending them to collections to screw their credit is a really poor attitude.
