You know, recruiting was a thing I hadn't considered. Good point. I think that

recruiting might benefit even MORE from an evaluative approach and positivity in general, though surely rabid screaming at the games in support of the team wouldn't hurt any.

So, maybe evaluative before and after, results-driven during the game? What do you think?
