No. It is possible to be more unhappy on a winning team than a mediocre team if the players feel demeaned or underappreciated. Highly successful people everywhere are unhappy and disatisfied with their lives because it is focused so much on success that the really important things in life that will truly bring joy and happiness get pushed to the side.
