I doubt his focus on religion is the problem at all.

I think he has made some horrible coordinator promotions and does focus too much on safe recruits-you might consider that a religious focus. But it might be more academic than religious.

I just think he is a bit out of his league and no business leadership book can get him what he needs to get BYU where we all want it to be.
