My first game was as a freshman in 1975. The year when Gifford Nielson was put in during the second half of the New Mexico game and we were down 15-0. We won the game 16-15. Great times!
You are spot on with your assessment.
The only thing that I disagree with is your moniker. If I started going to BYU the year before you did, and you call yourself "Oldman", what does that make me? We may be classmates of sort but I refuse to grow up and accept the term "old".
