This was the reason Webber stuck around for so long

His players loved him. Unfortunately he had a tough time coaching his linemen to be tough and nasty. Also, his philosophy of lean, fast linemen definitely was a bust. We ended up with lean but not fast linemen. After his time in the program we are left with the worst offensive lines the past 3 years I can remember.
