What I said above applies to the drivers too: of course, while you're driving (making money) and having no problems, its great.
its only when you do have a problem, get into an accident or have some other challenge that a driver will feel like they are left hung out to dry.
And for the drivers if they are okay with the risk, fine.
(although, they don't have as much of a choice in their employment, as do their riders do, in finding rides. Good luck in getting compensation you are due from a guy or gal who has to drive an Uber to make a living.)
