Yes I have to agree. I've never thought of that before. But BYU grads tend to do
well and breed some bright eggs. Will my 5-year-old who is essentially reading and doing simple math before entering kindergarten going to want to go there? I don't know. But if she does, she's going to have to beat out some other kid doing just the same thing. I think this does end up translating to successful people in all aspects of society who lift the name of BYU. It just may take a bit. In academics and athletics at least everyone has heard of BYU.
