I know Bronco wants guys that buy into his system 100%, that give maximum effort, and that will run through a wall for him if he asks it. I can't blame him as a coach for wanting guys like that on his team as it's a lot easier to work with those types. But his job is to win football games, even if it means dealing with difficult personalities. And often it's not the maximum effort, medium talent guys who you need to win games, but the talented and temperamental ones.

Maybe Bronco just has too much pride to cater to the egos of 18 year-old prima donnas. But if he can't stomach dealing with difficult but talented players, he needs to move on to a career as a motivational speaker or something else better suited to his temperament.
