This is true. My great-nephew used ruler and other tools as guns when we babysat

him. My husband and son both loved to play with army men, guns, knives, swords etc. We have quite a stockpile, but he just picked play tools to use as guns. Don't see the harm. I played cowboys and Indians when I was little, and I was a girl. And my son is actually a very mild, compassionate quiet type of kid who loves to play chess. And Call of Duty.
