Serious response though...

I like that my kids occasionally play with their toy guns because it gives me an opportunity to see how they assess targets. If they aim at a person, I sit down with them and tell them we don't ever aim at anything that looks like a gun at a person. It creates teaching moments.

If they line up some pop cans or stuffed animals and pretend to shoot the them down then I know they are coming along just fine.
