he does the same thing everywhere he goes. He's one of the most successful coach's ever. Since he got to Utah, BYU has not been able to catch Utah. He changed the culture. I think TDS and Urinal cakes were the least of what he changed. If you can't see past his silly locker room traditions and see the big picture of his success than I understand. I just happened to get a glimpse at the man himself and bought in. Been to many LDS firesides and not felt the spirit Urban brought that night.
