The point remains though that when we had that massive home win streak (54 games or something like that) our team wasn't much better (if at all). We had a our Plaisteds and Cummards, but top to bottom, I'd take this year's team if we were healthy.

I think that massive student section front and center went a long way to create that tough to beat atmosphere. It's not gone now, but you can't match it from the baseline.
