Looking at a few places in that area of S. Chandler, so sounds like that would make the commute easier.

My commute currently from door to door is 55 min and I only live 18 miles from work, so I don't think the time would kill me. The drive might suck but as long as traffic isn't stop and go I'd be fine I think.
