not a rule I'd change, 2 rules I'd enforce that get ignored (drives me nuts!)...
...first when there's a loose ball on the floor and a player secures it then one or more players on the opposing team dive on top of him in an effort to either knock the ball loose or try to get a held ball. Most times they end up undercutting his legs and knocking him to the floor and then the 2nd guy rolls over the top of him and pins him to the floor. They first guy who took his legs out should be called for the foul and it used to get called but now it gets ignored.

The 2nd one is when guards penetrate and try to get into the paint but get cut off so they use their guard arm to push off of the defenders chest so they can create separation and hit a step back jumper while the defender is falling backwards. They don't let post defenders do arm bars anymore and I fail to see how a guard pushing off with his guard arm is any different than an arm bar. The arm is being used in the same manner. Once upon a time that used to get called and now it's ignored. I think too much playground ball is creeping into organized basketball and it's going to turn it into the NBA before too long if officials don't enforce the rules.
