Regarding the Utah question. Kyle's scheme is effective against BYU athletes
If Utah can cover your receivers one on one as designed, your offense will struggle against Kyle's defense nearly every single year. BYU gets very few receivers with elite speed and lots of Utah DBs have elite speed and go on to play in the NFL. So... Utah does fine covering BYU's receivers. Good luck outmuscling a Utah dline - if Utah can focus all of the front 7 on the run - you won't have lots of success running the ball. Ute LBs have lots of speed also, especially with improved PAC12 recruiting. Put simply, BYU athletes play into Utah's strengths. Utah struggles against teams with lots of speed like Oregon, ASU etc.
