This is exactly right. But most BYU fans will look at the rankings and say "but

our classes are ranked higher than Utah's!" Overall maybe. But not where it matters at the speed positions. Utah will always have faster DB's, RB's, and WR's. When they need a big play someone can go deep and put the game away. BYU doesn't get that athlete no matter what the rankings say.
