I'm not sure what all of the panic is about. The indictment basically says there is something. Charles already said there is something. But he also said it's a far cry from what he was arrested for. His attorney said last week that they expected this. The simple fact is that the vast majority of cases referred to a grand jury receive an indictment.
Let it ride folks. If Charles and his attorney are correct, it will turn out fine in a court of law. That is what they expected.
If Charles and his attorney aren't correct, it will play out in the court as well.
