I didn't word that too well in the title. At least post explains what I meant. I wasn't saying he isn't going to be found guilty.

I don't know if he'll be just fine. But the indictment is not the indicator that he won't be fine. And now is not the time to suddenly freak out and lament that we won't have West on the roster. The chances of that are pretty much the same today as they were before the indictment.

So what makes you so certain West won't be ok. If he can be believed, he will be just fine. From the little bit I know about it, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. What do you know that indicates he's guilty already?
