So let's not judge the dude till the court does. If he's right, he'll be fine.
The point was, the indictment doesn't say anything at all except that there is enough evidence to at least hear the case. Charles already admitted that something went down. He isn't hiding anything in that way. No need to freak out at this point. The indictment doesn't mean anything except what was expected...they're moving forward with the case.
