bottom line...Big12 has to stop being dumb and be proactive. in an age when the rest of college football is conforming to a certain standard (conf expansion, bigger leagues, CCG's, etc) the Big12 is letting members leave, has no CCG and thinks they can just sit there and have their cake and eat it too. it's not gonna last. and if they don't act quick THEY will be the one that is poached. during the next shift either they or the ACC is going down. if they keep status quo, it will be them.
