if anything BYU is in a weaker position now than they were previously as they have already been passed over once. Therefore they may not even be in the pool of teams the Big 12 would consider moving forward. All the teams you listed may be on that list sans BYU.

What will be a real kick in the beans is if another round of realignment takes place and BYU gets left out once again. If that happens then the choice will be Indy, AAC or MWC in that order.
