agreed. However the COA did not need to be fully funded.
bYU will,spend nearly 3 Million on those benefit, which is considerably more than Utah because of the size of the grant and because BYU's athletic department is bigger. The difference is nearly 2 million a year if you believe the article.
BYU couldn't do this if they were over extended in other areas.
