At least not intelligently. If AZ and Ga Tech win those CCGs Miss. St doesn't get in coming off a loss. No way. The team with the best argument to take one of those two spots from Baylor or TCU is Michigan State, having two quality losses to Oregon and OSU... but with how awful the Big10 was regarded last year (fairly or not) I don't buy it. And there is no way that a 3-loss team (anyone else) gets in over Baylor or TCU.
