The first time Arizona beat Oregon, they went from...

unranked to 12th. Oregon was ranked 2nd at that time. If Arizona had beat them again, in which Oregon was ranked 2nd again... If Arizona had done that again... there is no question they go from 10th to 4th. Another possibility also is that Oregon would only go from 2nd to 4th, thus 2 PAC teams could get into the playoffs.
