Some of my opinions to consider on this
The B1G has really (outside of Nebraska) seemed to be all about new markets that they can force subscriber fees on. They may not get more with a UVA addition as I believe Maryland probably already gives them some of that.

Vanderbilt seems unlikely to leave the SEC - hard to believe almost anyone would want to leave there.

I could see UNC & GA Tech as nice market wins and decent sport additions as well.

Kansas may not bring a ton in market sizes unless they feel they can consider the KC market which I believe most resides on the MO side...that said Missouri may be the only SEC team I could see considering a departure for the B1G and with St Louis and KC that would add nice subscriber fees.

So I agree there are some Eastern corridor teams that could substantially fit the bill of revenue increase, etc for the B1G. But with the market sizes available in Texas any conference with their own network and forced subscriber fees as a bonus they should be looking more towards Texas than a lot of other states not on huge markets on the East coast. SEC may already be able to force their way on in the entire state based on Texas A&M so maybe they wouldn't be interested but I wouldn't go so far to think the B1G would not look there...

Consider the top 10 markets: http://www.stationindex.com/tv/tv-markets

Conferences that own a network (B1G/SEC/PAC) are likely in for forced subscriptions as follows:

1 New York (B1G)
2 Los Angeles (PAC)
3 Chicago (B1G)
4 Philadelphia (B1G)
5 Dallas-Ft. Worth (SEC?)
6 San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose (PAC)
7 Boston (???)
8 Atlanta (SEC)
9 Washington, DC (B1G)
10 Houston (SEC)

I can see Boston (BC/UConn) being desirable for their market as well as Atlanta (GA Tech). After that Texas has 2 top 10 markets that the B1G could possibly consider moving to...as much as that all mighty dollar for their network has become I wouldn't bet against an attempt at it...just like the PAC made the attempt...
