Humongous #'s available there for forced subscribers. If you have a conf network where that is part of you model you are likely thinking about them...doesn't mean the conf presidents would agree to it or that Texas would go but you can bet the conf commissioner is regularly thinking about it...

But that said the Boston/Atlanta markets have likely candidates that may jump at the opportunity vs Texas that likes their situation so I do feel B1G would go those routes just because they'd likely get markets and a YES...
