TL;DR: Law firm in Henderson, Nevada is looking for someone who is dynamic, intelligent, and presents well for a marketing position/big opportunity. (Starting pay around $25k. per year + benefits. This is just starting pay. As soon as the marketing efforts pay off, we’ll pay more.
So, I’m the partner in charge of marketing at a medium-sized fast-growing Southern Nevada law firm. Because there are so may legal marketing opportunities, I can’t keep up (to say nothing of dealing with my many clients). I need an individual who can assist me with marketing endeavors until he/she can just take over all the marketing on their own. Marketing is a huge part of what we do because we are super aggressive about expansion. We’ve joked that, rather than a law firm which does some marketing, we are (in some ways) a marketing firm which happens to practice law. We envision that the position will be something like an apprenticeship: we don’t plan on paying a ton until the marketing assistant can take over and prove results. We want nothing more than for this to happen as soon as possible.
We’re open to all applicants (of course), but I had pictured hiring someone who had served a mission, who maybe had been successful at summer sales, and who has an entrepreneurial spirit. I feel like I haven't done a good job of explaining why this job is an amazing opportunity, but my hope is that the right individual will recognize that. Please private message me for more details.
