i am an SVP of Marketing. Why would you consider a summer of selling as

Qualification for a primary marketing decision? It seems like you would want someone with experience, creativity, analytics, etc. Also, what kind of marketing are you doing, direct response? Which medium works best for you? Which medium are you weakest in?

The adage, "you get what you pay for" comes to mind.
