The WCC is the best fit for us logistically and philosophically for our no-revenue sports. All the WCC schools are in the West. They are all private schools with some tie to religion. The different school presidents get along just fine. There's little or no drama at the top. All this, and decent basketball as well.

So if we joined the B12 as a football-only member, remained in the WCC for everything else, and then had some sort of scheduling agreement for basketball, that would be the ideal solution for just about everyone in my opinion.
