Expansion would unlikely be west.

Remember that on the field success means little. The odds favor the three metro areas of Cincinnati, Orlando and Tampa. The expansion dilemma would be whether to take both Florida schools or one Florida and Cincinatti. All three of those metropolitan areas have populations between 2.1 and 2.8 million.
