You don't know what you are talking about on this one. PK was the beat writer for the Utes at the time. He kept bringing it up over and over when Miller was playing at Utah. Majerus was furious about it. PK making the arrest a huge issue throughout his career is what largely led to the very combative relationship between Majerus and the SLTrib.

By the way, yes I do think that KC or Nick Emery would have stayed playing at BYU. They would have been suspended and been back on the team eventually.
