On two separate acquisitions, I was informed almost immediately following the public announcements "...that if we had known you were negotiating with XYZS company, we would have never signed the agreement..." The second separate acquisition was almost word for word from the first acquisition.

On these two separate occasions and deals, we acquired multiple companies on the same day. In cases the acquired companies were merged together.
