Washington - Better than BYU (Don't you remember the bowl game - the game when a healthy Taysom Hill, Williams, and Hoffman got creamed by a backup Washington coach? How about the 0-12 Washington squad in 2008 that was a blocked PAT away from OT with BYU?)

Utah - Better than BYU. Won the last four straight, five of the last six. BYU hasn't won against Utah since 2009 (an OT win at home). Since that point, BYU's production of NFL talent has become pretty much non-existent; Utah's recruiting classes since that point have been better, more of their players have wound up in the NFL, and their recent dominance of the series has earned them the benefit of the doubt.

Even if I give you (and BYU) the benefit of the doubt (and we make the HUGE assumption that BYU is better than all four of those teams), BYU is still behind eight other PAC12 programs. Yay for mediocrity...
