There were several times last year where he caught the ball in space and was
unable to break away from defenders. There was one time in particular (against UVA), though, where he caught the ball with several yards of separation and got run out of bounds from behind by a safety.

There's no way a 10.5 second 100 meter guy gets run down by that safety under those circumstances. To put this in its proper context, Both Ted Ginn and Terrell Owens were consistent 10.5 second 100 meter guys in High School...there's no way Ted Ginn or Terrell Owens gets chased out of bounds by that guy on that play. There's just no way Blackmon is a 10.5 guy. He's not even close.
