He was running full speed. He didn't back off until the very end.
If he hadn't been going all out, he wouldn't have made the laughable "my hammies were tight" excuse after the game.
A 10.5 guy doesn't run half speed hoping people will over-pursue. They are accustomed to outrunning EVERYBODY. They believe they are the fastest guy on the field and they are almost universally right. Their natural instinct is to turn on the jets when they have seperation, not go half speed hoping somebody takes a bad angle (that's what slower guys do).

Tell me, with a straight face, that you think Blackmon has anywhere near that kind of top end speed.
Blackmon is nowhere near a 10.5. He's a mid 11 second guy if he's lucky.
