Really? He was chased down and pushed out of bounds by a known 11.5 to 11.7

second 100 meter guy. I see no evidence whatsoever that Blackmon was ever a 10.5, or even a sub 11 second type guy. I've never seen that kind of burst from him...not even in his HS or JC highlights. I've watched him practice and scrimmage several times, and there's no way he's anywhere near as fast as he claims. I think, at this point, it's reasonable to believe he's an 11.5+ second 100 meter guy.
