an apartment or a duplex/single family home. If it is one of the latter, those places are never in great condition. They are in demand because people want to live not in an apartment and are willing to accept the headache that comes with it. I never lived in a SFH that wasn't more of a maintenance headache, but if you have a rock band, those are your options.

There are good places and bad all over Provo. As is generally the case; you get what you pay for.
