When I moved my daughter into the Glenwood last week, I was appalled. It was
formerly a boys apt. and no one (not the former tenets or The Glenwood) had cleaned it yet. There are no mop boards left under the kitchen cabinets, and 2 light sockets in the vanity area don't work. These girls live partially underground and have to get ready in the morning with only half the vanity lighting up and the main light not working. She's been going to UVU for 2 weeks now, and it still hasn't been fixed, along with the carpets etc still not being cleaned. She and her roommates just had to clean the cupboards, bathroom, walls etc and vacuum themselves. We insisted they give her a new mattress because it had unmentionable stains on it, along with what looked to be blood or pooped wiped on the side. Thankfully they did bring her and her roomie new mattresses. The other bedroom still had extended twins beds (for the boys) on non-extended box springs, so they hung over a foot or so. Their sheets won't fit. The mop boards in the bathroom are swollen and mildewy and coming off the walls. They can't even harldy look out their bedroom window because it's covered in mud. I felt terrible leaving her there!
