Well it was empty in this instance because it was formerly a boys apartment now

it's a girls. There was no one living there, yet they couldn't get it cleaned before they had to move in. 5 of 6 are going to UVU so us moms had to move our girls in because the first day of class was the first day we could move in. BYU didn't start until a week later.
