No, but the majority of reasons are out of BYU's control.
Seeing Utah in the PAC stinks. It just does. But if BYU was in the PAC or B12, I wouldn't care at all. And knowing BYU would have the same access options would help tremendously.
The problem now is that if BYU wants to hit a big bowl, they must go 12-0 or 11-1, and that is tough to do, so having BYU in a P5 where they have a position to play for weekly would be a huge improvement. Having said that, BYU can not go back to the G5. So sort of feel stuck, and it adds to the difficulty. And maybe is the main reason for it.
I still love it, but the current situation is frustrating.
