1994 had a great bowl win to end the year.

While Marshall and Tulane don't strike gear into people with their name, they were great teams the years we played them. They had a combined total of 00 losses the years we played them.

What really made the 90s nice is we could still bask in the glory of the NC, and while severely year wasn't spectacular, every couple years something fantastic happened.

Just when the Heisman glow was fading, we beat ND, OU, and finished #10 in one of the polls.

And for most of 99 we thought we were going to one of the big bowls.

Which leads to the real problem of the 90s, the systematic exclusion of those who were not part of the club.
