How much football do you watch besides BYU?
I can't think of any coach that is immune to game management mistakes. I have seen Saban, Belichick, Carroll, and others make plenty of comparably "bad" calls; go read the 538 article on Belichick's game management debacle at the end of the Super Bowl last year.
This isn't targeted directly at you, but I've never understood the game management expectations/complaints when it comes to Bronco. He does fine relative to his peer group in this regard IMO.
