I respectfully disagree.
He makes way too many silly, ridiculous, and even mind-boggling mistakes to ever really be all that great of a coach. He is a terrific x's and o's defensive mind. He is not a good game manager and a mediocre personnel manager. I would say he's on par with Brett Bielema or Kirk Firenz. They have had some good years, but they are not great coaches.
