Part of his job is recruiting...part is gametime mgt...
he is mediocre at recruiting (because he's not passionate about it - even admits it), and his game mgt is poor..well below average.
But the main reason he'd struggle, is focus. He doesn't get his guys focused for the entire season. Would he be better w/another team? Maybe...but he's BYU's coach, so I only care about his results here.
