Technically you're not supposed to to buy or sell tickets on BYU property. So the scalpers who are wearing the signs stay out on the corners. I'm just decked out in my BYU gear.... walking around the stadium and surrounding areas asking people if they have tickets and watching for people holding them up for sale. There are usually tons of people with extra tickets. At the boise state game tickets were not in huge supply

Then it's all about negotiating....it's a fact that byu fans are cheap. So I prefer to buy cheap and sell cheap...some scalpers will pay $75-$100 for west chairs hoping to sell them for the face value of $150..
