If you repeatedly ignore their instructions to not sell on byu property. They really cracked down on it 2 yrs ago. I saw them cuff a guy last year...but he was running his mouth.
Didn't ever consider the tax implications. The fact that some of those guys stand out there selling tickets til the 3rd quarter implies they're looking for cash, not tax write offs. I know all of the scalpers... i dony typically talk taxes with them, but the goal is to buy and re-sell the tickets at the game for a profit. No one's goal is to go home with a stack of tickets. If they were simply looking for write offs why are they standing out there at halftime selling?
