They spent $341 million to renovate and only renovated half the stadium. Where the students and visitors sit wasn't touched. So, the toilets on that side are literally a hundred porta-potties lined up side by side. Do you know disgusting it is to visit a porta-potty after drunken Cal students have thrown up all over the inside of them? I don't recommend it to anyone.

What's more they didn't sell enough "seat licenses" on the renovated side to pay off the loan for renovation so now the rest of the campuses (like UCLA, UCSB, etc.) will have to share in paying off the loan. How wonderful!
